Again, Copier Geeks is a secure web site. You can feel confident while shopping with us. We
utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and you can be confident your copy machines transaction is safe regardless of the browser you use. When processing your orders,
we will only ship your used copier, wide format copier or color copier to your billing address for your security. If there is a different shipping address, we will require that information on the
credit card release form we fax to buyers for all transactions. The buyer will complete, sign and fax back to us. This is for the buyer's protection and our
protection. Shop with the knowledge that we do everything possible to protect our valued customers. In addition, we never store your credit card information on our server. "Hackers"
are stealing credit card numbers by getting into transactional websites and stealing identities in ever-increasing numbers. We
always take your information verbally or pass you along to Google Checkout for processing. Google has the most
robust server security technology available on the market today. It is for our customer's protection, and our protection,
that we transact this way.
Payment Options
Copier Geeks LLC accepts the following forms of payment for your orders:

- COD Cashier's Check (Items Less Than $500.00).

- For our customer's protection and to limit fraud, credit card purchases are processed through
Google Checkout for site and phone orders. They offer high security to the seller and the buyer. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
- American Express.
- Fortune 1000 companies, Government, K-12 and Universities are exempt from charge card limits.
For corporate, government, and educational customers, we offer several options for payment. You can make
purchases using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover, money order, bank check, check, Google Checkout. Or you can mail a check with your Purchase Order to:

Shipping
Copier Geeks offers several shipping options to meet your individual needs.
From next day, to second day, to standard ground service, we're here to help. Just specify your choice when ordering and we will calculate the shipping charges based on weight.
If no premium shipping service is selected, we ship all orders standard ground service. Keep in mind we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. All business volume copiers are shipped insured
via United Van Lines. We ship 20' and 40' containers overseas via FedEx Trade Network.

fitness of any product for a particular purpose. This disclaimer in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty or the seller's warranty, if any. By purchasing a product
from Copier Geeks the buyer acknowledges they have read and understand our benchmarks, sales policies, return and refund privileges.
Title to used copiers, digital copiers, wide format copiers and color copiers goods herein purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at the time
title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purpose of export, purchaser must obtain from the federal government certain export documentation
before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturer's warranties for copy machines and exported goods are void; a pre-agreed overage warranty for parts purposes will suffice in those situations.
Any and all liability applies only to the products purchased. We ship quality copy machines and used copiers cheap and we sell them for cash. We are fair, honorable and truthful.
Product Returns
If you receive a defective small office copier, defined as less than 10 copies per minute, within the first 14 days after the invoice date you may return
it for a refund or prompt replacement with a like or better model. This applies only to small office/home copiers and printers, fax, and multifunction color inkjet machines UNDER 10 CPM.
It does not apply to business volume new and used copiers defined as those products more than 10 copies or prints per minute that can also copy 11"x17" paper size for size. Remedy
for business office machine copiers is made only through warranty or, in the unlikely event your copier is damaged in transit, through repair or replace at the sole discretion of the claims adjuster for
United Van Lines. All non-defective returns with RMA issued are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Freight is not refunded. Refused shipments, whether due to shipping damage or simple refusal,
will result in an automatic 25% restocking fee.
Refunds do not apply to business volume copiers, color copiers and wide format copiers and printers 11 copies per minute and above. Any issues on that type of equipment are resolved by warranty repair and remedy only
as per our link "Support".
To return an item you must first contact our customer service department via email or phone and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No products are
to be returned to us without an RMA. RMA will be issued for returns within 14 days of the invoice date. After 14 days, our warranty or the manufacturer's warranty applies.
All returned copy machines and items must be in the original packaging with all original documentation and warranty cards. All sales are final on parts and electrical circuit boards and
they are sold "where is as is" with no return or refund privledges. No refunds will be issued for opened supply items. Machines returned for refund with used supplies will result in a
charge back for the supplies and deducted from copy machines refund amount. The best remedy, in the unlikely event your office equipment does not work properly out of the box, is to exercise warranty
remedy as applicable.
In the event that your copier arrives damaged due to the carrier, please notify the carrier and Copier Geeks to ensure a timely inspection and proper repair or replacement at
the sole discretion of claims adjuster for the carrier used.

Copier Geeks is required to collect sales tax for all orders shipped within Florida. We do not collect sales tax for orders
billed and shipped to other states. If you are a tax exempt entity in the state of Florida, please fax a copy of your certificate to 954-583-3325.
